Caught on both the East and West Coasts of Canada. Flaky and tender, the mild tasting halibut is much like fluke or flounder but sweeter. This fillet is popular because it pairs well with a variety of sauces and marinades. Halibut is excellent prepared baked, sautéed, grilled, and poached.
