Where does your seafood come from?

Treasure Coast Seafood sources our fish from all over the globe. We have local fisherman who bring their catch directly to our processing facility. We also have reputable suppliers throughout the world who overnight product to us directly.

Where is your fish processed?

All of our fresh seafood products are processed in Stuart Florida. Our state-of-art facility opened in 2017 and was built to assure our products are processed safely following strict HACCP guidelines from the time they arrive at our facility to the time they arrive at your door.

Is fresh better than frozen?

We always recommend eating your fish fresh when it arrives to you. If you are unable to eat all of your order at the time of arrival, we recommend freezing immediately and when ready to use, thawing under refrigeration to ensure the highest quality.

How do you ensure that my order stays fresh during shipping?

We pack your orders in rugged insulated containers with gel packs to ensure your product arrives to you at its peak freshness.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?

No. A person must be at the address to refrigerate you order when it arrives to ensure freshness.

When can I expect my order?

Unlike other online ordering websites, our fish is fresh not frozen. If your order is placed after 10:300 AM, your order will be processed the following day to insure freshness and you will receive your order the next day.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

You may request a specific delivery date. Due to fluctuating markets, we cannot guarantee the price for more than 48 hours.

Where does Treasure Coast Seafood ship?

Treasure Coast Seafood ships all over the Continental United States.

How is shipping calculated?

You shipping cost is based on the destination, weight of the total order, and box dimensions. We have allowed for the weight of gel packs and other packaging material.

What is a shipping estimate?

We only charge you for the weight of the package at the time of shipping. Here at Treasure Coast Seafood we hand select and cut every piece of fish to order.

As a result in cutting each piece by hand the actual weight may vary slightly from the weight description outlined on the web page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
